The hotel room is beautiful and clean. And the best part about the hotel is they have smoking and non-smoking rooms!! And also a room with a balcony! The front desk ladies are professional and very friendly. The house keepers are great too I asked for an extra towel and toothpaste, they brought it to me right away. Will be back again!

Recommended. Would stay again. Visiting NY 2 nights from UK. Im Well travelled. Good value for money. Our experience was great. Not sure about the reviews below?. Friendly efficient welcome. Hotel stored our bags for the day. Our Room in lower floor was spacious as well as the bathroom. Clean and Tidy. Microwave, fridge, tv. We did not have any issues with noisey guests. Some traffic noise, yes. But we slept fine.FYI, not many hotels in this world have good soundproofing. Eclectic neighborhood, mixed cultures. Felt perfectly safe. Gas station nearby for urgent groceries. Great access to metro. 5 minutes walk. Its 30 mins to Central NY by metro. Fast- food 20 min walk.

Went to new york city on a vacation and wanted to stay closer to coney island. We found the umbrella hotel was affordable and close to the subway. The front desk workers were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were small,but not crammed. The elevator worked fine and the lobby and hallways smelled so clean. The biggest complaint was the water pressure in the shower, but that's pretty common with hotels in big cities. There were smoking rooms on our floor so you could smell cigarettes but not in an overpowering or too unpleasant way. The room had a window that opened , TV with plenty of local channels (and even some adult channels, so be careful when flipping through the higher channels) fridge, microwave, but no coffee maker. There's a corner store right around the block so we were able to grab snacks easily. Would Def stay here again. Every worker was friendly and helpful with questions.

The customer service was great. The hotel was on the bus and train line. They don’t do room service or clean hour room till departure. The deposit is 100 dollars and I enjoyed my stay

The hotel rooms are clean, location is great, and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, Danny, the front desk attendant, exemplifies another level of professionalism. From the moment you walk into the lobby, she greets you with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her professionalism and attention to detail make check-in a breeze.
